The rules set to support or oppose a flag is that we believe dealing with the accused will pose a threat of losing money due to the factors being mentioned in the topic being referenced. And the topic being tied to his flag was his bounty, which brings no explanation at all. Small technicalities, but if you can do it, it'll be very much appreciated.
