I would agree 99% that the OP's intent is to promote the casino he/she mentioned. 




But to answer the best game provider, I will go Pragmatic Play or Hacksaw Gaming. Why? Simple, I enjoy almost all of their games, mostly slots. Their slots has very good design (IMO). I don't know if they are the best in terms of RTP, but I do not care much about that.
