People still waiting the first batch being sent, some user already tried to claim and getting message for the first batch-recovery will be sent in the next day after they send a recovery request. But until now, they are still not sent anything + without any single respon again.

Let them take their own time as such refunds are not easy to process because there will be scammers trying to get something from them. IMO they are trying to refund money, whereas most casinos avoid doing it in the past we have seen such issues not getting handled. It is best to patiently wait till the end of this month like you said earlier and then we can start questioning them if nothing happens.
