Open mindedness is a mindset that needs to be learned early on in life because being open minded is difficult when you're an adult with an established belief. The victim blaming part is a difficult one because when you listen to the argument of these people that do this, they always sound so logical and reasonable but the problem is that victim blaming invalidates their horrific experience into a lesson that will soon be forgotten after listening to it, I hope that more and more people learn not to do that kind of thing against people that are a victim of addiction and many other horrifying experiences out there.
