If you would have read the campaign rules, you would see his name as the contact for those that are being accepted but due to your question we can assume you didnt even read it which makes it kinda impossible for you to get accepted into the campaign 
I said I was confused. Anyone can create an account and impersonate him. You said telegram account. Not BTT account. Also, he has a negative trust on his profile. Hard to trust no? I am not expecting to get accepted. That's up to you. I had a doubt so i asked. If it was hard to answer then ignore me.
