Well played Aston Villa, they deserved 3 points. Arsenal should've played better especially on the attack. I don't think it's a big point loss for them in the long run though. It's acceptable considering Aston Villa is having a dream season and beat Spurs, City and at last Gunners in last 4 games.
It's matches like this that determines the league. They had an opportunity to be 9 points clear of Man City but they couldn't take it. The only consolation is that there would be more matches like this, another problem is, I doubt Arsenal are going to be able to win these kinds of matches. They still have matches against Liverpool and Manchester City. Knowing Arsenal, I doubt they'll win those matches. This was an opportunity for them to go farther away from Manchester City so that before Man City picks up from again, they will be long gone.
Liverpool took their chance and now they're top of the table. Let's see how Man City performams tomorrow. In hearing that De Bruyne is back with the squad, that could really boost tgeir performance.
