I recommend that you send it on BEP20 network, because it is faster and cheaper, so it will save you more money on paying gas fees, even though TRC20 is also a network that has cheap gas fees, but in my opinion currently BEP20 is a network which is the cheapest and worth it to use, that's why I recommend you to use BEP20 rather than TRC20 for now.
