Unless there's no huge changes in the gambling space like rampant/peak money laundering, another shitty level of KYC requirements needed. I guess it's good to say it won't happen anytime soon.
About the removing of paid signature campaign, well, that means it's the decline of the forum activities because no matter how you look at it, paid signatures are the one who make this forum so active that it attracts more users that end up of having more posted services, announcements, learning newbies, a asking for help site, etc.
