Both are challenging. If you don't have any specific knowledge about a certain thing, you'll never do well , even verily chance to fail in both sectors. So first you need to have ideas and learn what are you going to do and how to handle it. Then it won't be matter if the platform is online or offline. People can doing well in both sectors.For both, new need to learn, patience, hard work for successful. Although i think online is better place where you can earn more faster than offline.
It is important to have expertise for what we are going to do. Without knowledge and expertise in the field we are going to do, it is very difficult to be able to start something we want to do, so before deciding to start something it would be better if we could study it first and It would be better if we didn't start straight away after having the knowledge, but we must have some experience in that field so that what we are going to do can run well.
In my opinion, there is no difference between getting a job online or offline, both require knowledge and experience in the field you are going to work in, but if you choose to work online, it is not as difficult as working offline.
