I don't quite get it. If you only accept refund requests from the original emailaddresses which were registered at Betnomi, then how can someone do a duplicate refund request? Send it twice from the same email? Well, that is pretty easy to spot and then you just process only one of them.
And in case people start claiming refunds from different emails, then just simply ignore them. It should not be too much to ask from a user to send a refund request only from the registered email in Betnomi.
