Thank you for your advice. It's important to prioritize healthy and social activities to overcome loneliness. I'll make sure to spend more time with friends and family, engage in recreational activities, and avoid gambling as a way to cope. I appreciate your concern about the potential financial risks associated with it.
That's right @suzume gives good advice to lonely people to avoid gambling, apart from being financially detrimental it also causes gambling addiction, how could it not be if they are lonely and then use gambling they feel entertained and not lonely anymore so they feel they have entertainment so it is difficult to stop if if they stop then they can experience loneliness again so it is true as our friend @Suzume said it is better to spend time with friends and gather with family or we can do more positive activities so we can avoid gambling, in my opinion the loneliness of gambling has more potential to cause addiction gambling because if we don't have anyone to accompany us, it will definitely be difficult to control ourselves, so it's better to avoid things that will harm ourselves and do other useful activities.
