It depends I believe. If I understand correctly, Real Madrid is one of his dream clubs and he always envisioned to play for them. In terms of finances, I think there are only a few clubs that have deep pockets such that they can make a bid for Mbappe. Maybe Liverpool has a chance when they sell Salah for a lot of money, but then there is perhaps Manchester City. I am not sure if any other club would be attractive enough for Mbappe to go there apart from the money.
