I think Real Madrid should make a move on him pretty quickly. Because I don't think there is any point to keep waiting for Mbappé, which eventually might not even happen. It depends I believe. If I understand correctly, Real Madrid is one of his dream clubs and he always envisioned to play for them. In terms of finances, I think there are only a few clubs that have deep pockets such that they can make a bid for Mbappe. Maybe Liverpool has a chance when they sell Salah for a lot of money, but then there is perhaps Manchester City. I am not sure if any other club would be attractive enough for Mbappe to go there apart from the money. Arsenal London is a good club of course, but it isn't quite as attractive as Real Madrid or Manchester City.

The main problem why madrid never try to show its interst due to the non sense price of mbappe. PSG was putting very expensive price to get mbappe. This is also the main problem owned by the club. It was also making other teams were not interesting to sign him.
If mbappe's price would be very affordable and im sure there will by many clubs will be interesting to sign him. This is the main problem owned by him at this moment.
