I've tried it on several casinos when I was an inexperienced gambler and quickly learned that it's a dangerous strategy where the most likely outcome is that you will go broke fast.
It's a risky strategy for sure, but there is no heavenly gambling strategy out there without any drawbacks. It does work sometimes in the short-term regardless of whether you agree or not.
