If you don’t want to use your main email account during the form filling then just go on and create a new email address, google does not require anything from you during the creation of an email address so it shouldn’t be a problem for you.

I have created email that I never got to use the second time, and during the creation they didn’t even ask me for my phone number since you can easily skip that part.
