Anthony Martial is reportedly ready to leave Manchester United in January as a free agent. This player from France has been in the Red Devils squad for so long and considering that he is rarely given playing minutes even though he has changed coaches many times, he no longer needs his services at the club. Manchester United are also reluctant to extend his contract which will end next summer and perhaps they are aware that giving him a contract will not have a significant impact on the club. Where will Anthony Martial's career go next and is there a team that wants to accommodate him with his performance so declining?
I feel like he will back to Lyon, Monaco is doing great so it high unlikely they would interested to add more player. Lyon is currently at the bottom, so they need something new in order to refresh their worst performance in this season.
Even his performance is declining, he might still able to perform in farmer league.
I don't think Lyon wants to sign him considering that Anthony Martial's performance is not as good as they thought so it will only increase the burden on the club when they need consistent wins in every match. On the other hand, maybe being in the farmer's league could still be equivalent to his current abilities but it's possible that the team is not Lyon and I think Lyon should know the steps they are taking before being interested in signing him for free. But even if no offers come, it is possible that Anthony Martial will come to the Saudi league and it seems that the Saudi league doesn't really need good European players because there are already other star players who have already arrived.
