That's good. I am glad the upcoming rule isn't going to be as strictly enforced as we originally thought. In the end, I think we will be allowed to discuss anything regarding mixing without mentioning specific names or pointing users to a particular mixer. Obviously, links to mixers in signatures will be banned.
Also, the context is going to be important. Writing about mixing to bypass government regulations and avoiding taxes isn't going to be the same as talking about using a mixer to protect your privacy and prevent ordinary people to check the history of your coins.
