Anthony Martial is reportedly ready to leave Manchester United in January as a free agent. This player from France has been in the Red Devils squad for so long and considering that he is rarely given playing minutes even though he has changed coaches many times, he no longer needs his services at the club. Manchester United are also reluctant to extend his contract which will end next summer and perhaps they are aware that giving him a contract will not have a significant impact on the club. Where will Anthony Martial's career go next and is there a team that wants to accommodate him with his performance so declining?
Anthony Martial who joined Manchester United since 2015 really started well his career at the Old Trafford club which earned him his first call-up to the France national team as of that time but eventually started declining in form as well as suffering much series of injuries that kept him sidelined many times. So I'm not surprised that the club has decided to let him leave the club at the expiration of his current contract. I think he's still got some more years to play top professional football and a move to the Saudi League wouldn't be a bad idea.

I will actually say that if they have to get a goalkeeper De Gea is going to be a great option for them. But they should not expect anything long term from him. Probably 2 years of good service is expected from him at the maximum. But on the other hand, I also agree that they should get a defender first. Defense is a very big problem for them at this moment. And with also injuries being a big problem, defense is and should be the main priority for them right now to fix. The amount of goals that they are conceding is definitely not the fault of the goalkeeper in my opinion.
De Gea returning to Manchester United? Only if Manchester United are shameless after expelling De Gea and then want him back now.
Although indeed something like this could happen again but of course De Gea must remember the previous humiliation he received from Manchester United which when he was still preparing to make a contract extension even though his salary was reduced but Manchester United seemed to turn a blind eye and did not want to see De Gea return because they wanted Onana more.

With a situation like this, I actually think something like that is quite difficult for Manchester United even though it can still be done unless De Gea wants it even though he has received previous humiliation.
There's no way David De Gea would want to return to Manchester United after six months of leaving the club he's played most of his career for. Andre Onana is the club's first choice goalkeeper and you wouldn't expect David De Gea to come and become a second choice goalkeeper t the Cameroonian.
