so you emailed them? wouldn't their email address have the name of their mixer? from what I have noticed, all mixer's email addresses that receive complaints, inquiries, etc... usually contain the name of the mixer's name, if you sent them an email I am almost certain you can find out the name of the mixer that you supposedly used last year.
