Chelsea team needs more improvement. Chelsea's performance is likely to improve if coach Poch can build his squad with his preferred players in the next winter transfer window.
In the next transfer window, Pochettino is thinking of signing new defensive defenders, midfielders, and strikers in addition to the once they have already had. The question now remain, doesn't it mean Pochettion doesn't know how to feature the existing players who are newly signed this season?
It is saddening to see how Chelsea performs with their so called players quality players so many of us praise them for signing into their team at the beginning of this season. Having them play like this makes a jaw drop in disbelief that Chelsea would play like a mediocre club that can't win matches in weeks
Chelsea will always be a team that is busy in the transfer market with all the experiments they do and if they fail again then the manager will go back to looking for players in the transfer market and so on until they finally go bankrupt, or change coaches to be able to manage their squad without having to make significant changes such as what Pochettino is doing right now.
Aston Villa with Unai Emery are making changes slowly and they can be said to be quite successful with the current ranking, Tottenham Hotspur with Ange Postecoglou also did not make player purchases like Chelsea did and they even released their key player Harry Kane, but so far their performance has been better than Chelsea, so what does Chelsea really need? what they need is a coach who has the ability to manage the team well, actually Pochettino had good experience at Tottenham but at Chelsea it looks like he will be the next bad Chelsea coach because he hasn't been able to fix the problems at Chelsea until now and he always thought that several of the players who were bought had injuries which was the main reason their performance had not improved and maybe he is right but that proves he is not rich with strategy when things don't go as expected.
