It doesn't, but still people try. There is always 5% to get to the top for a few months, weeks, then inevitable Google penalty/ban.

LOL nope thats not me, but did coinbet seriously hire them? if so im gonna LOL my ass off.. i quit working with them quite a while ago due to unpaid invoices but wow im pretty impressed that "ganpati" could convince them to hire them.
They did: http://www.peargaming.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=439 look at "Homepage" here and then the "signature links". They hired this extremely spammy Indian company. They were clearly not in it for the long-term from day one.
