It's still very expensive deal. You were only mentioning yearly salary which was worth 35 millions demanded by mbappe then you forgot to mention 100 millions signing fees to be given for mbappe caused by he was accepting to play in the real madrid.
Madrid needs to pay at least 135 millions in a year to recruit him. 35 millions are also very high salary for someone like mbappe. I knew that he was a superstart but what things that made him kinda different with other potential players?
there are so many cheaper player that has same performance like him but less price. It's not worthy enough to sign him as a new player by paying 135 millions for a season.
Players like Mbappé could be profitable to any club. The money that could be realized from endorsement and jersey sales can cover some of the expenses used to get the French striker. We shouldn't also forget the fact that Mbappé is a world-class player and a prospective Ballon d'Or winner. I don't think there is any player in Mbappé's class that will be cheap to attract. Signing players like Haaland or Osimhen wouldn't be cheap.

Madrid is the only way for Mbappe to continue to extend his brilliant career  but that doesn't mean Mbappe has an important role for Madrid.  Now the position has reversed because since Mbappe rejected Madrid first offer everything has changed completely. Madrid can still look for other player options that are cheap and even  more suitable. Rumors  are circulating  that players  from Brazil are being targeted in  the transfermarket next season and I hope that Madrid will continue to create stability  in every line. Vinicius and Rodrygo just need to continue to develop and  for strikers it's up to Florentino Perez  to decide.
There were reports that Real Madrid was no longer interested in signing the French attacker but it seems that Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has not lost hope in signing Mbappé. For now, Mbappé is focused on helping PSG to win the League One title and possibly win the UEFA Champions League.
