You will not be able to withdraw because it is a scam. They put this warning and may ask you for personal data or to send more money, but you will not be able to withdraw. Next time DYOR and ask here before trying any service.
I like the way you put these things out there bluntly. There's no diplomacy is calling out falsehood. Looking at what OP stated there, mere looking at the site domain one can see scam clearly written over it. My bewilderment lies in why people don't ask questions before embarking on some of these inglorious investments first. They only get to ask after the milk had been spilled.
