I don't exactly know how many games Osimhem now played after his injury, I think it was three or four, but he is miles away from being a transfer target for Real Madrid I think. When he was having that great form and was a goal guarantee, things were looking differently and many of the top clubs were thinking about signing him. But for now I believe most of the clubs also put a potential transfer on hold in their minds. Or someone will go for him and try to keep the transfer fee as low as possible as he is not performing very well.
Victor Osimhen just won the CAF Men's player of the year award, so his price and value will not reduce. For any club coming to get him, they will be very aware of the player they are getting and his position in the world football. They should be prepared to spend because Napoli will be making sure that they demand a good fee for his release. Victor Osimhen is a very good and physical striker, many clubs will want him because of the physicality he can add to their attack.

I doubt that Osimhen is priced on the same level as he was priced during the last transfer window in summer. When he was leading the goal scorer statistics in Serie A and scored just about every game and essentially was Napoli's insurance, the price they were asking for him was already too high for any club to be willing to pay it. But now after his injury and several games without a goal scored, you are still sure that the price did not go down?

The last price tag you can find for him was put at €120.00m in mid of June 2023 and I am sure that this market value will go down if doesn't score goals again like he did last season.
