I checked out for KYC and found nothing about it there and I am curious because your terms and conditions is similar to that of casinos and would want to hear from you with respect to KYC.
As I understand it their website is not a casino itself and therefore it does not require KYC. That is understandable. The website seems to be an information aggregation website for current bonuses and rewards of casino websites. Did I understand that right? Also, for OP's context: The Bitcointalk community is a bit touchy about KYC because here sometimes new casinos introduce themselves and misrepresent "no KYC" when in truth KYC is required BUT the casino means that they reserve the right to demand KYC at any time for any reason. They just make it sound like there is no KYC (for marketing purposes). I wish new casinos would stop marketing their platform this way. It does not make them look trustworthy and everyone knows that centralized casinos cannot go against the regulations that the government demands of them (without being shut down / suffering heavy fines).

To be truthful, they are not a casino, but they have something to gain from the relationship they share with the casinos listed on their website, and for that reason, their benefits would be much greater in consonant with the traffic they get through their website to the casinos.

With respect to the KYC, it is true that members here are very much wary of it because of the casinos irresponsible approach towards that aspect of their terms and conditions.Hence, I would demand to know and be sure to avoid having issues with the casino in the future. Most casinos that exhibit that corny approach ends up  being deserted by members because of their tricks which is very bad of the casinos doing such.
