If an exception is acceptable, Jambler does not mix directly under its name, but I do it masked behind several other brands/domains.
This is the side effect of forbidding people from promoting something as abstract as a bitcoin mixer.
This does not have to do with mixers promotion at all, just as you've said already, not all mixers operate under jambler, some have been in existence beforehand, mixers should be viewed on a general approach as an entity that provides privacy services to all bitcoin users, just as you can make usr of the banks and deposit money that belongs to you or the ones you stole, it's less of their concerns how you get it, what only cause for alarm is when the money is too much, mixers appears just from the way they are, it's cannot be regulated on which or who should use them or not.
