Thank you for your advice. It's important to prioritize healthy and social activities to overcome loneliness. I'll make sure to spend more time with friends and family, engage in recreational activities, and avoid gambling as a way to cope. I appreciate your concern about the potential financial risks associated with it.
There are extreme cases where family and friends may not be present in the same space as you and that feeling of loneliness becomes inevitable. Spending time with them becomes impossible. There are times where even in the midst of people you are still lonely. Some loneliness is accompanied with depression. Join a bowling league, book club, volunteer for a charity, etc. Discover your passion and invest your time and effort into it while you try to connect with people with similar interests. And repeat the activities on a periodic basis. Life is about having stuff to look forward to.
