Seriously i have been seeing this guy bumping his ban appeal thread on a consistent basis for more than a year now but of no use.
Anyways, to his luck, Cyrus announced the second chance, which many of the banned ones would be awaiting for sure.
If he is unable to satisfy the mods on this second chance occasion, then beleive me he will never get unban. For him, this is not a second chance, but a last chance to get him unban.
