I don't think that Tottenham has a chance to win the Premier League title and I see Aston Villa ahead of them as their record is cleaner. Now it might be looking worse for Tottenham since they won only 1 out of the last 5 games and this may change again, but I still think that over the course of the full 38 games Aston Villa could be ahead of them. But is it enough for the title? I think I agree that this would be a major surprise for everyone and Liverpool has become quite consistent although they had some close games recently. But the results were positive for them.
Since Ange Postecoglou took charge at Tottenham, they are having positive change massively. Their Tactical play and team's spirit are not like Tottenham before. This is the biggest factor of their resurrection this season. But this is indeed not enough for them to win the league. Their biggest issue is the quality of squad depth which has been proven poor previously that they collected just 1 win in 5 games after losing their key players due to suspensions and injuries.
I think Aston Villa is quite similar to Tottenham, but they just haven't had badluck of losing key players. It's true that a team's performance over the entire season is a more accurate reflection of their capabilities than a short-term streak. Aston Villa's cleaner record adds to their credibility, and consistency is indeed a key factor to stay competitive at the top. A team like Liverpool who are able to maintain positive results while not playing at their best is a kind of toughest team to compete with. Even in contested matches, demonstrates their resilience and experience at the top level. It's exciting to see whether Tottenham can regain momentum, if Aston Villa can maintain their form, and how Liverpool continues to navigate their journey.
