i would say, you will appreciate stake if you will try to experience their withdrawal process. let's take for example, if you are withdrawing your btc these days. the fee is currently at 7k satoshis. but with the rising fees in btc network, they are allocating more than 7k sats for your withdrawal just to go thru your tx in a faster manner. it means, you are only paying 7k but they are covering the other satoshis. in some casinos, they can't afford such. so they will get it from their player's funds.
