Yes, it makes sense OP. There is no difference between a registered prediction company and a private person who predicts games and people invest or pay money to get those games. Perhaps you must have come across one or two prediction companies. Your freind may be good at gambling and needs investment. Its not a bad idea, but its essential if you have seen his previous bets or gambling so that you can confidently give him your money to bet.
Aso, most persons that do this are people who are not confident in themselves when it comes to gambling. What they is that they find someone who they can rely on. They give him/her the money and expect returns. Thereby avoiding gambling emotions or feelings.
