This summer their president said it wants 400 mil for Osimhen.
I doubt he will leave for less than 150.
That is such a huge price to ask for. He must have done that to sell him at a price not less than 150 million as you’ve predicted. This will also drive away the interest of some top clubs. I am sure he will consider this offer but not to a much reduced amount less than the 150 million. Although any club that is so much interested to sign him, 150 million won’t be an issue for them to buy him if they are fully prepared for it.
Osimhen position is not much different from Mbappe at the moment both of them are still being targeted by big clubs and for Napoli taking action early is the right choice while Mbappe at PSG is a little different in terms of comfort alone which makes him uncomfortable but PSG still confirms Mbappe position so it doesn't come off easily. Napoli goal is to protect the team performance stability but on the other hand, Osimhen does not get the opportunity to step foot in competitions other than Serie A. With his current quality the decision to look for more flying schedules is something that he has to do. Because being famous in just one competition is not that promising. Likewise Mbappe must now be able to decide for himself where to land. No matter how big the player the alternative to becoming a star is a club that remains the main bridge. The question is do Mbappe and Osimhen dare to leave the zone to look for bigger challenges?
