From what I have read about this form reply a on X, it seems like a way of encouraging and increasing more bitcoin mining in Russia as miners can be able to sell bitcoin like every other market commodity than just a currency. Mmmm no, i only see a way of the state to again start to make some profit for them, called TAXES. Is always the same cycle, when they see they can make so much money they start to said, ohhh yes maybe we can do taht but you have to give us x%.
