I think this will not be the case anymore, those who got their RLB free had been selling it when the RLB market started uptrend last time. I think the RLB holders now has more patience and for sure they will be holding RLB for some time, and if RLB started to get bullish, the possibility of FOMO-ing is always there so it won't be surprising if we see another run that will break its current ATH. But for sure, dumping will happen when someone wants to cash out their profit.

That's the problem because most of them have acquired it at low rates so whenever the prices will go up a little they will get profits and for them it's important no matter how big the profit margin is.They are holding them in good quantity as well which gives more profits so prices will drop eventually but let's see what happens to prices next.
I think it is not a problem as long as the demand outweighs the influx of supplies. Besides this kind of event is normal in every market someone needs to sell for the token to be distributed in the marketplace.
