Hi, as said in OP by dev, the lost 196mil is blocked, however, I still found the supply is 1bil with the latest wallet.
Is it normal?

Yes,the same problem.
The patch seems not to be working.
I think the supply will remains as 1bil, but the 200mil can't be moved from the lost wallet.
