So a Legendary account that require at least 3 years to active and become one of 109 users from 3 Million users that got selected by the administrator, want to sell it's account only for 4 weeks of signature campaign? 
This is completely scam and I don't think there's a trusted user want to become an escrow for account trading in these years.
If it too good to be true, then it definitely not true, the offer is too good and full with scam attributes, the account is a scammer targeting newbies like us who do a not know how the forum works but want to go from 1-100 just with 200 bulk this is a clear scam waiting to happen. This is completely scam and I don't think there's a trusted user want to become an escrow for account trading in these years.
