Royse777 it is wrong for you to bring a private chats to the public and that shows that you can't be a good counsellor to counsel someone who needs advise from you in PM. And some of this forum members will not have confidence in you with their PMs. You can only publish PMs in an obvious cases but this not one. You make as if they were begging you to hire them. Though everyone sees such from different angles and my point of view on this publication of chats is wrong. This will create fear for some users to pm you because their thoughts now, you will publish their PMs and they might not like that and with that you have loss a confidence from those users. Well the "text is rich" though most of the things have been discussed in various threads. This thread gives strength to the weak ones and also to unskillful writers.  Your examples made the thread longer.

BY the way the thread is educative and informative and it gives inside of one's inability to be hired, so with this text those will be edify to do well. As your said in most time, or time without number, average posters are not qualify for you to be hired and by seeing this they will improve on their writing. And ways which one can be hired in the forum has been discussed in many thread both in the local boards or sections. And it is good for your reminder. Royse777 one thing you have to know is that everyone does not have equal knowledge and that is where the popular phrasal verb comes to play, "knowledge is differ" and that is why one thread can produce different view points. I like your thread but there are somethings you wouldn't mentioned for trust and confidentiality. though those you mentioned might not have anything to do or say about it but others have taken them under cognizant.
