You can simply create a wallet that is web3 without any storing any seed phrase or such, pwedeng gumawa ng wallet using email lang. Yung maganda rin is transactions fee are covered inside the wallet. It means walang transaction fee sa pag transfer and such. As of now it is deployed on the base network pa po.

Ang dahilan din kaya walang transaction fees ay off-chain ang mga transactions similar to coins to coins transfer. Is this assessment correct?

Yes it is not allowed to export the private key kasi naka smart contract yung wallet dito which is once you access the crest platform and nag login using metamask (ginawa yung wallet mo using a smart contract) so only you can access your wallet kasi ikaw yung nag login sa crest and kami as crest walang authority para kunin yung laman ng wallet mo kasi yung signer or owner ng wallet is ikaw po.
All activities are on-chain pa rin sa crest.
