Liverpool vs Man U game reminded me of Arsenal vs Brighton game in the first half... Liverpool had a lot of shots but couldn't score a single goal... The game will be over soon, and I didn't expect the score to be 0-0... I hope there will be a goal in the last minutes...
I expected myself a humiliating defeat for Manchester United and Ten Hag to be sacked few hours later but it appears that things went of favour of Ten Hag since this result of 0 - 0 is good for the club. At the opposite, Klopp and Liverpool should not be happy with that since Arsenal jumped in front of them in the standings after their 2 goals victory against Brighton. Aston Villa also have the same number of points as Liverpool.
The situation is very complicated in the top of the standings and Liverpool should win next round vs gunners to claim back the first spot especially that they are playing in Anfield. Aston Villa meanwhile will be second by the end of the next round.
LOL... your expectations was actually the expectation of many people and especially the media as they have made the story trend by reminding us the matter at Which Jose Mou was sacked after he lost to Liverpool. So, it was such a mentality and news that we all had in mind to watch the Manchester United and Liverpool match and in the end Manchester United disappointed many people and I am sure that quiet a good number of people also lost bet in this very match. It is a lesson to us that in football everything is possible.
Yeah Manchester United where playing a defensive football, but also playing a counter attack game too, the game was more of clash of the titans, as the both teams played brilliantly, though that Red card given to Dallot towards the end of game was very unnecessary, I feel the ref made a mistake on that, onana on the hand performed excellently well today, the shots he saved where really impressive, if not Liverpool would have made it 2 Goals. Liverpool actually played like a home team, they where constantly trying to maintain the pressure on Manchester United. However the game ending goalless draw, was a fair share for both teams.
Jurgen Klopp dissapointed and Erik Ten Hag prosper, his defensive strategy do actually works and they have the best defendlines that could label them to be infront against Liverpool. André Onana deserves his flowers, he made brilliant saves and gave hope for the Red Devils when everyone thought they could end up not having a relevant results. The match was entertaining, and there's presence of high pressures measured by both sides. The match, Liverpool vs Manchester united ended 0-0 with both sides giving everything to record good scores.
Your mentioning of Jürgen Klopp made me remember his statement before the match with Manchester United. He made it known to the media that he is not confident of winning the match. He said he loves to play Manchester United when the club is in good form and not the period when the club is not strong and everyone is seeing them as the weak side. He said it is when Manchester United tends to being out their best.
