~~ Snip ~~
If they sack Ten Hag and get a new coach they might not have the desired results. I think sacking him now is gambling because a new coach will have it start building the club from the beginning. And I also think that Manchester United will get the best coaches at the end of the season. So they should be patient with the coach till the end of the season and if Ten Hag can manage to get the support of the players they might end up getting a Champions League slot this season.
Many United fans keep blaming Onana for the poor results of the club because of his constant mistakes. But they fail to understand that a weak team will make the goalkeeper to be prone to errors. A weak midfield and defence will open up the goalkeeper to constant attacks which will affect his confidence. I think Onana will regain his form if the club fixes all its loopholes.
This rumour appears because Sir Jim Ratcliffe and he will being an a new investor of Manchester United soon and if this really happend then Ten Hag position will be threaten because Sir Jim Ratcliffe doesn't too liked to Ten Hag moreover as a manager until today although he has spent a lot of money to buy players but Ten Hag cannot bring Manchester United to compete with big teams like Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester City so if Ten Hag want to get Sir Jim Ratcliffe trust then he have to bringing Manchester United to performing well immediately
Sir Jim Ratcliffe want new manager instead of Ten Hag and he has several names to recommended just like Graham Potter or Roberto de Zerbi and the last name which i mentioned could be Jim Ratcliffe favourite manager because he was impress to De Zerbi achievement with Brighton this because without star players de Zerbi can bringing Brighton to achieve round of 16 because finish at first place for group stages of Europa league so he feel De Zerbi will be suitable to train Manchester United
De Zerbi does have the qualifications to become Ten Hag replacement if Ratcliffe really takes over club management. Ten Hag position as manager is in a worrying condition, because it is reported that until now Ten Hag has not communicated directly with the potential new boss. there is no way out for the dutch coach to stay longer at old trafford, other than bringing United to consistent performance.
I think that if Ten Hag is fired, the impact will be very big, because several players who have been recruited since his arrival will have the potential to follow in his footsteps. especially regarding the status of a loan player like Amrabat, he will definitely have difficulty getting a permanent contract if Ten Hag leaves. however, if it must be done to save the club from decline, everyone must be tolerant.
Currently Ten Hag only has one competition, having been knocked out in the UCL and Carabao Cup. there is no longer an excuse for a busy competition schedule, missing out on a place in the top four when the season ends means losing the job for Ten Hag. that is what he must understand, and Ten Hag must focus on developing the squad and finding solutions to improve the team performance, and must avoid conflicts with his own players.
