I agree with emphasizing victory and underestimating defeat, that's what a lot of gamblers have in mind, especially in new gamblers, the possibility of them always eyeing victory, and usually they get a win at the beginning also this initial victory can be a trap for themselves, because with this initial victory can make them continue to gamble because the initial victory is easy to get, also they will think the next victory will be easy to get, unconsciously they have been trapped by their own thoughts where they will continue to remember their initial victory when their gambling loses and loses.
Many people want to get a big win and probably all gamblers expect this, but with the hopes they have, they have made themselves trapped in losses that they can also feel this loss in the long run. even though the victory they will get is only temporary, if they cannot control themselves of course they will return to gambling and it could be that they will experience losses again and so on like this.
Repeatedly, the first win sparks a desire for more. Initial victory? Not a sign of gambling skill, just a fluke.
Strangely, the human mind clings to that first success, distorting reality. Gamblers believe luck is on their side. They fall deeper into gambling because of this illusion. We must detect this trend and realize that gambling is not a profitable strategy.
Society must improve gambling understanding. Its entertainment, not a revenue source. Preventing long-term losses and promoting responsible gaming requires acknowledging this truth and raising understanding of the psychological pitfalls of gambling.
After all, no one said that the first win is the skill of gambling, but with just coincidence as you said it is true, they get the initial win because they are lucky. and usually gamblers only get a win at the beginning of their gambling and that in my opinion is only a pull for them to continue gambling, and after that the control is on their own, they will determine to continue their gambling activities at the risk of becoming addicted or avoid this by not gambling or having a good mindset by gambling only occasionally when they have more money. they have this mindset because they are deceived by the first win. They have this mindset because they have been deceived by the first win, confidently most of them who put their full hopes on gambling in order to be successful with the gambling path and this cannot happen smoothly, even the opposite. many of them want to be successful with gambling but the reality is the opposite where they always get defeated and this makes them even more trapped in gambling which loses them financially mainly. it is not a good thing to make gambling a benchmark for things that can always be profitable and many of the people who gamble make gambling a thing that can always be profitable when in fact it is not like that all the opposite.
It's true, people who like to gamble should be able to understand gambling as entertainment not as a means of income because it is a means that is profitable for the bookie but not profitable for ordinary players. many gamblers have experienced many losses and of course these losses are long-term because they don't lose once, also when they lose they don't stop but will come back the next time this makes a long-term loss for them. It is difficult to find the point of awareness of gambling, if only they were easily aware, maybe there would not be gamblers who spend a lot of money on gambling, on the other hand, it is their own right but there is nothing wrong with being aware of the losses that have occurred just because of their gambling activities. a person's psychology can also be affected by gambling, because gambling can damage many things including a person's psychology, where their thinking will be damaged by only thinking about gambling, and there are also those who prioritize gambling in their lives and this will certainly damage their mindset.
