Victor Osimhen have achieved massively in Napoli and this have boosted his chances of fulfilling his dream which is playing for an English club in EPL in the coming summer. Perhapes we shouldn't rush as we're yet to know the end results. I'm here to correct some ideas put down here. First of all, Chelsea is not a mediocre team in EPL, forget the current stats of the club, it's because of poor management and inappropriate signings of overhyped players to the club. Victor Osimhen can be privileged to play for the Blues someday at Stamford Bridge, we will be patiently waiting for him to  accept the offer and sign his signature for Chelsea.
