With the body language of Manchester United management, they were not ready to dismiss Erik Ten Hang assuming he lost the match against Liverpool. All those things were media sagas. Even the Manchester United management who refused to buy quality players for Erik Ten Hang also knew that Manchester United has suffered so much injuries this season. They knew that the quality of players they used to face Liverpool was not supposed to have a draw against Liverpool, so it would be unreasonable if they dismiss Erik Ten Hang. Forget media sagas, whenever Manchester United wants to sack ETH, we will all know because it will be very obvious. I am assuring you that there's no sack agenda against Erik Ten Hang yet and it is not even at sight.
It seems like that's what it is. Man United will still retain Ten Hag and do not yet have definite plans to find their replacement. Even though we have often read rumors regarding Ten Hag's failure at Man United. But it does seem like Man United is having a bit of a problem in deciding who should stay and leave. 
Sometimes we see that a player like Maguire should have left Man United because of his performance last season, but apparently not. On the other hand, Ten Hag should have been replaced because he has not been able to make Man United stronger this season, but so far there seems to be no sign of that. especially because of the draw against Liverpool yesterday, which is actually not something to be proud of. but yes, of course they have their own considerations. Everton's performance during this season was well enough but didn't you know Everton's owners are not in a good situation and this team is not in a good situation. There is even a chance for Everton to get relegated in this season because of that. I think if they really care about Everton, they should find a new owner and chairman for this team before it gets too late.
I actually think that Everton this season is not really good. They were almost in the relegation zone several times and even now they are in the bottom zone. So, this is not good enough for those who are usually in middle team positions. They have several problems, both in management and in the squad itself, which is not good enough this season. Yes, even though Everton sometimes seems quite strong against certain clubs, the fact that Everton's performance is quite poor cannot be denied.
