There is absolutely no need trying to sugarcoat anything, or beating about the bush, you have to be as blunt as possible when it comes to issues like this.
Like I already told op on the thread he started about this same issue, it's better for him to withdraw his funds from Rollbit right away and look for another casino where Italy users are accepted, he has been violating Rollbit's terms of service unknowingly before now due to the fact that he probably did not read the casino's terms of service during his registration, and today, he has learnt that playing on Rollbit as an Italian is not accepted, continuing to play there will sooner or later lead to a ban on his account, and money in the account may be confiscated as well when this happens.
Using a VPN is also a very bad idea, since Rollbit may ask him to pass kyc verification later, and with a document issued by the Italian government, he would still be banned and funds confiscated as well.
So, right now, he has the opportunity to withdraw his fund and look for another casinos where Italy users are welcome to play.
That is of course not easy to say but has to be said that's the tough part. Rollbit would not be able to say "we would like you to get out" because they do want customers but they have to also say "we do not allow it", so they have to basically say "we will not allow it but if you insist with vpn and so forth we will try to look the other way as long as we can", I have been gambling with vpn in many many casinos because my nation is not allowed in any of them, so if I ever want to gamble in any crypto website, I am doing something the website doesn't "allow", and yet I am doing it for many years now.
When we are talking about stuff like that, we need to realize that it is not that easy and you need to leave and find a place that accepts you, it is definitely not what people likes, but that's the truth. So if no other people says it, at least you said it, withdraw the money and leave for a place that accepts you, that should be a lot better for you on the long run.
