Regarding the game not opening on mobile, may we know which device are you using? Our team tested on several different devices and it was working fine on all.

As it is stated clearly, I used mobile device and it was not working so I left it. Okay the bullbear too is not too bad and any name which good for a brand or project is good. There is no big issue the domain name. I was just thinking to your opposite direction. It might be from the network and not the device, because I am using this device to open all the casinos and other websites. I will still try it after this comment.
