can you trade with $3 on Poloniex exchange?
I've never used it, but trading on Binance has a minimum trade of $5 USDT. $3 seems like a very small amount. If you want to experiment, use a decent amount of balance, $10-$50 is good enough to do a few trades so you don't have a problem with the minimum trading limit. you do fast trading, scalping and it requires good technical analysis and strategy as well as management on very minimal capital.
