Everything looks just fine for Leverkusen. They got a very easy win against Bochum and met the expectations comfortably. Now there is a long break in the Bundesliga which means Leverkusen closed the first half of the season as the leader. I hope they keep up the good work in the remaining part of the season too.
After getting a very easy win against Bochum, Bayer Leverkusen become the first team in German football to go unbeaten in the first 25 games. I watched their impressive 4-0 win last night, showcasing excellent football with energy and precision. The team is in fantastic form, and Xabi Alonso is proving to be a great asset for the club. Perhaps it's their time to shine, at least in the first half of the season. Let's see if Bayern Munich can't disrupt their momentum, similar to what happened to Borussia Dortmund last season.
Xabi Alonso is really trying with the team, they really have to maintain their stand and continue with this unbeaten and also have avoid draw if not they will give Bayern Munich a lead, because even though Bayern Munich win their outstanding match against Union Berlin which am much confidence that Bayern Munich will win the game which will reduce the points gap to one point between Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, that is why I said they have to work harder to maintain the top, if not, any small mistake will result them to drop to second and the will find it difficult to go to the top.
