Now there is a long break in the Bundesliga which means Leverkusen closed the first half of the season as the leader. I hope they keep up the good work in the remaining part of the season too.

I watched their impressive 4-0 win last night, showcasing excellent football with energy and precision. The team is in fantastic form, and Xabi Alonso is proving to be a great asset for the club. Perhaps it's their time to shine, at least in the first half of the season. Let's see if Bayern Munich can't disrupt their momentum, similar to what happened to Borussia Dortmund last season.
Bayer Leverkusen is the only club that has not been defeated in the Bundesliga and the only club that has not been defeated in the European League, who knows what recipe Xabi uses to be able to make Bayer Leverkusen appear consistently like this.
