I feel its kind of funny people are looking into buying BTN or EMP or stuff like that for 5$. Those trackers are really hard and it would be stupid to sell them for 5$ , maybe around 100$ would be a price for EMP and 400$ for BTN. Even if someone had invites to places like those.  But yeah, people seem to live in their dreams that someone would sell these trackers so cheap.
