NNPC has posted on their official site that the refinery had been worked on and that from the 31 of this month, flaring will start properly. Although I din travel color for ph but I guess wetin dem go don do go be commissioning and the work suppose start that 31st of the month. Na to just de watch how the matter go be but if they are able to you'll this off, it will be a huge win for this administration.
